Daily Schedule for KIDS

19 months to 4 years old

7:30 – 9:10- Arrival/free play

9:10 - 9:20- Clean up/circle time

9:20 - 9:45- Hand washing/Snack

9:45 - 10:20- Craft time

10:20 – 10:30- Diaper changes/Bathroom break/Ready for outside

11:30 - 12:00- Outside play/Gross motor/(depending on weather) – art activities if kept inside

12:00 - 12:15- Bathroom/wash up/lunch/Ready for lunch

12:15 - 12:45- Lunch/wash hands

12:45 - 2:30- Quiet and nap time

2:30-3:00- Longer rest for children who require it

3:00 - 3:30- Bathroom break/Diaper changes/Hand washing/Snack

3:00-5:30-Free play (outside time in summer)

3.5 years old to 6 years old

7:30 – 9:10- Arrival/free play

9:10 - 9:30- Clean up/circle time

9:30 - 10:00- Bathroom breaks/Hand washing/Snack

10:00 - 10:30- Craft time

10:30 – 11:00- Action songs/Gross Motor

11:00 - 12:00- Free play

12:00 - 12:15- Circle

12:15 - 12:45- Bathroom breaks/Hand washing/Lunch

12:45 - 1:30- Quiet time activities

1:30 - 2:30- Outside time

2:30 - 3:00- Bathroom break/Hand Washing/Snack

3:00 - 3:15- Story time

3:15 - 5:30- Free play(outside in summer depending on the weather)- Head over to Kids when ratio allows

12 months to 2.5 years old

7:30 – 9:10- Arrival/free play

9:10 – 9:30- Wash hands/diaper changes/snack

9:30 – 10:30- Circle time/craft/free play

10:30 – 11:00- Ready for outside

11:00 – 11:45-Outside play/gross motor(depending on weather)

11:45 - 12:30- Diaper changes/wash hands/Lunch

12:30 - 2:30 - Rest time

2:30-3:00- Longer rest for children who require it

3:00 – 3:30- Diaper changes/snack

3:30 – 5:30-Free play (4:30- head over to Kids room)
