Kaitlyn has worked with children since she was 16 years old, starting at a daycare centre and also babysitting for a lot of family friends. She has been employed here at LMLC since 2018 and has loved it ever since. She was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass, leaving for a year to train at Alberta Ballet! Kaitlyn devotes lots of her time to the centre on a day to day basis, striving for improvement in all areas! Some of the hobbies she enjoys are dancing, crafting, and spending lots of time with her family and friends.

Brittney has been working at the centre since we opened its doors in 2017. Before LMLC, she spent six years working at other child care centres in surrounding communities. Brittney is passionate about working in child care and devotes much of her time to the centre, with a strong interest in working with infants and toddlers. She was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass and has two sons. She loves watching her sons play hockey and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and hiking.

Jordan is a proud mom of 3 amazing children. They love exploring the Crowsnest Pass by hiking, fishing and getting out in nature as often as they can. She is currently working on her level 2 and is very passionate to help children grow and reach their peak potential. Jordan has been employed here since July 2022

Lindsey is a mom to 2 energetic boys who keep her busy with their love of hockey and the outdoors. Lindsey and her family spend a lot of time outside whether it is camping, hiking, playing or caring for their animals. She has 3 horses, 3 miniature horses, many chickens, 2 rabbits and 2 dogs. Lindsey is a registered social work and has spent the last 12 years in a variety of settings within the field of social work. Most recently working in an Elementary and High school as a Family School Liaison Councillor . In October 2023 she obtained he level 3 to pursue her passion to work within Early Childhood Education. She has been employed at Little Mountaineers since April 2024.

Karlie has worked with LMLC periodically since 2019. She has a Diploma in Social Work from Mount Royal University and is working towards completing the Child and Youth Care Counselling Diploma Program as well. Karlie has extensive working background in early childhood education, much of which has occurred in the disability field. Karlie moved to the Crowsnest Pass 5 years ago from Calgary and is a mother to two girls whom attend the centre with her. Karlie has been employed here at LMLC since 2022!

Courtney has been living in the Crowsnest Pass Since February 2024 with her fiancé. She has been an ECE worker for 19 years and 14 of them at a Montessori preschool. Throughout the years, she strives to create educational programs that makes learning an enjoyable experience for everyone. She enjoys hiking, golfing, traveling, live music and spending time with her family and friends. We are so excited for her to join our team! She has been employed here at LMLC since October 2024.

Ashllee is a level 1 early childhood educator who looks forward to gaining more experience working with young children. She prefers to be a homebody and spends her time with her 2 children playing and snuggling. When she isn't at home she is sitting in the stands watching her girl play hockey or taking her kids out and about getting fresh air. She has been employed here at LMLC March 2025. 

Karysa is attending SAIT in a 2 year Early Childhood Diploma Program. She has completed her first year and is now hoping to obtain her level 2 certification in the coming months. Karysa was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass. She has been babysitting since she was 12 years old for family and friends and loves working with children. Her mom is an elementary teacher and her aunt is a childcare provider. She loves spending time with her friends and family, going to the beach and figure skating. She is excited to join our team this summer at LMLC! She has been employed here since April 2025!
